To request a return or refund:

- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement
Returns are not accepted due to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind
Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. In such cases, we may request valid photo identification that matches the name on the payment method used. If verification is not provided, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete order and account details. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, bots, or suspicious accounts.
SECTION 5 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not monitor or control these tools, and they are provided “as is” without warranties.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those external services.
